Story :

Chip Baskets is determined to pursue his aspiration of becoming a French clown, but his path is constantly obstructed by the harsh grip of reality. Struggling with money troubles and grappling with a language barrier that seems insurmountable, he decides to return to his hometown of Bakersfield with optimism in his heart. However, back in familiar surroundings, he must come face to face with his own history.
