After experiencing numerous disappointments in his love life, Wallace, who left medical school, makes a conscious decision to take a break from seeking romantic relationships. Amidst his friends, like his roommate Allan, all seemingly finding their ideal partners, Wallace's path crosses with Chantry, a talented animator in a committed relationship with her boyfriend Ben. Despite their strong bond and developing friendship, Wallace and Chantry cannot ignore the undeniable spark between them. This prompts them to question whether the person they are meant to be with might just be their closest companion.
