Story :

In a coastal Californian community, the inseparable duo of Mac and Nick find themselves on conflicting paths. Mac, a reformed drug peddler striving for redemption, stands opposed to Nick, a prominent detective determined to bring down the notorious Mexican drug kingpin, Carlos. As fate would have it, Nick's allegiances are challenged when he embarks on a clandestine romance with the elegant restaurateur Jo Ann, who happens to be Mac's romantic interest. Little does he know that this forbidden dalliance will inadvertently entangle his friend in a meticulously planned police scheme.
