Rano's childhood fantasy revolved around marrying a charming prince from Canada, yet she soon realizes she lacks the allure to capture the heart of a Canadian groom. Despite being a talented makeup artist, she hopes her skills will help her secure an NRI husband. However, her hopes shatter when she is compelled to wed Sukha, a man she does not care for. Destined circumstances leave the couple without a home, prompting them to start afresh by establishing a beauty salon in the single room they rent. As their fortunes change, Rano sets her sights on relocating to Canada. To fund her aspirations, she participates in a beauty pageant.
