Pound of Flesh (2015)

In a desperate attempt to save his dying niece, ex-black-ops operative Deacon ventures to China to offer up his kidney. However, his noble intentions take a dark turn when he discovers that his own organ has been ruthlessly stolen right before the transplant. Fueled by anger and a fierce determination, Deacon leaves his lavish hotel behind and embarks on a relentless quest to reclaim his kidney, leaving a trail of violence and chaos in his wake through the shadowy underbelly of the city.
