Good People (2014)

When Tom and Anna Wright, a youthful American duo, find themselves drowning in debt while revamping Tom's ancestral residence in London, their aspirations of owning a home and starting a family are at risk. Their fortunes take a twist when they stumble upon the demise of the occupant below, revealing a staggering sum of $400,000.
