Djinn (2013)

Eager to move on from the heartbreaking tragedy of losing their baby, Khalid and Salama, a recently married couple, decide to go back to their residence in the United Arab Emirates. Little do they know, their swanky new apartment complex, Al Hamra, stands on the grounds of a deserted fishing village with the same name. Local folklore tells of dark forces that drove the villagers away, leaving the place desolate. As Salama feels uneasy in their new home and the dim corridors of Al Hamra, Khalid fears that her inner struggles are worsening – yet, there may be a more ominous presence looming.
