Condemned (2015)

Tired of listening to her parents' constant arguments, Maya, a young woman from a wealthy background, decides to live with her partner in a dilapidated abandoned structure located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The place is filled with unsavory characters like drug addicts and troublemakers, making it a nightmarish environment. Things take a turn for the worse when a deadly virus emerges from the filth and trash accumulated by the residents, infecting them and causing a frightening disease that changes them into violent murderers. As the infection spreads, the building becomes a brutal battleground, turning it into a gruesome killing ground.
