A Thousand Words (2012)

Meet Jack McCall, a cunning literary agent with the gift of gab, capable of sealing any deal under any circumstances. His latest target is the enigmatic New Age guru, Dr. Sinja, whom he intends to manipulate for his own gain. However, Dr. Sinja sees through Jack's facade, leading to a series of unforeseen events when a mystical Bodhi tree materializes in Jack's backyard. As each word escapes Jack's lips, a leaf descends from the tree, signaling his impending doom. Accustomed to the power of language, Jack must now find unconventional means of communication to survive, as the fate of both himself and the tree hangs in the balance.
